Slow Flow Yoga

Instructor: Holly Fitch. Explore the details of breath and alignment as you hold poses in this slower paced flow class. Be ready for a variety of stretching, strengthening and restorative poses

Dates: June 6th - August 8th

Times: Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm

Ages: 16+

Fee: Member - $55; Non-member - $70

Hatha Yoga~Intermediate Level

Instructor: Barbara Rostad. This class seeks to balance the practioner's mind and body through deepening body awareness in yoga poses and deepening mental focus through mindfulness in breath practices and meditation. This class is suitable for people with previous experience in basic poses and alignment.

Dates: June 8th - August 10th

Times: Wednesdays 8:30-10:00am

Ages: 16+

Fee: Member - $65; Non-member: $80


Instructor: Wendy McVicker. This class is for teen and adult beginners, and intermediate and advanced students. Students will learn and practice karate techniques, including kata and sparring.

Dates: Session 1: June 7th - July 5th; Session 2: July 12th - July 28th

Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm

Ages: 16+

Fee per session: Member - $30; Non-member - $45


Instructor: Robyn Lindsey; This class is perfect for blasting calories with short bursts of cardio followed by strength moves using body weight exercises mixed with targeted weight training. A great class for people of all fitness levels and abilities. Every week, we change it up to keep you and your muscles pushing through boundaries and reaching new heights. We promise there’s something for everyone in every class!

Ages: 16+

Yoga 50+

Instructor: Robyn Lindsey. For mid-life and older beginners, this class offers an ideal low impact, invigorating way to keep the body supple, and the mind relaxed and focused.

Dates: June 17th - August 5th (No class July 15th)

Times: Fridays 10:15-11:15am

Ages: 50+

Fee: Member - $50; Non-member - $65

Tai Chi

Instructor: Victoria Taylor. This class presents Yang style Tai Chi Chuan for adults who are interested in learning gentle movements to improve balance, coordination, and circulation.

Dates: June 11th - August 13th 

Times: Saturdays 9:00am - 10:30am

Ages: 16+
