W. Union St. Apartment Building - Fire Department Response April 15th, 2018

A report of an explosion at 104 W. Union occurred on Sunday, April 15th, 2018 at approximately 5:15 PM. Emergency personnel responded and secured the scene. One person was injured and transported to O'Bleness Memorial Hospital. All other residents of the apartment building are accounted for. The cause of the reported explosion is currently not known.

The State Fire Marshal is conducting an investigation of the incident. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
